What We Believe
We believe God designs every leader on purpose, with purpose, and for purpose. We believe that financial limitations should never determine whether a Christian leader gets the guidance God has already prepared for them.
Too many leaders are carrying weight they were never meant to carry alone. They are still showing up. Still serving. Still leading. But something is off underneath — and they know it. They need a trusted guide, a proven framework, and a safe place to name what is actually happening.
Coaching Some Inc. was founded by Phil and Sandy Johnson to close that gap. We receive scholarship donations from generous givers and use those funds to place Christian leaders into premium, faith-anchored coaching — the same coaching available through Awesome Life Coaching LLC — at no cost to the leader.
How It Works
Donors Give:
Generous individuals, churches, and organizations contribute to the CSI Scholarship Fund. Every dollar goes directly toward placing a leader into coaching. Tax-deductible. Tracked. Stewarded carefully.
Leaders Apply:
Christian leaders in genuine financial need submit an honest application. We look for readiness as much as need. This coaching requires commitment, and we honor both the donor's gift and the leader's time.
The Kingdom Grows:
Accepted scholars are placed into the right program, and coaching begins. When a leader recovers clarity, courage, and peace, it doesn't stop with them — it ripples through their family, church, team, and community.

Coaching Some Inc. does not offer a lesser, reduced-cost version of coaching for leaders who cannot pay.
Scholarship recipients receive the same 5 C's framework, the same depth, the same access to Phil Johnson, and the same results as any full-price client.
The difference is not the quality of the coaching. The difference is who pays for it.
Donor generosity and genuine need meet here — and when they connect, leaders recover the clarity, courage, and peace that God intends for them. That is the mission. That is why we exist.
