Sandy Johnson has been serving God, individuals, and organizations for four decades. She guides people into a healing relationship with God and others — helping them discover their dreams and joyfully serve God and their communities.
Sandy brings a pastoral heart, a quiet steadiness, and a gift for creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest. She handles the operational and financial stewardship of Coaching Some Inc., ensuring that every donor dollar is tracked carefully and every scholarship recipient is treated with dignity.
Sandy and Phil started ministry and marriage on the same day. That was not a coincidence. Everything they have built since then has been built together.

Phil Johnson is an ordained minister, author, coach, and speaker who has spent more than four decades helping Christian leaders recover clarity, courage, and peace so they can lead from God-given identity rather than pressure, performance, or exhaustion.
He has served five churches across twenty-five years of pastoral ministry. He trained at Disney University, where he discovered that operational excellence and people development are not opposites of spiritual leadership — they are part of how faithful leaders steward what God entrusts to them. He survived cancer. In April 2025, Phil had a 12-pound tumor removed. He kept leading. He is still here.
He wrote Awakening! The Dreamer's Quest and Facing Your Inner Wolves, and developed the 5 C's framework — Clarity, Certainty, Courage, Capacity, and Completion — that now anchors his coaching, speaking, and writing.
Phil coaches Christian leaders through Awesome Life Coaching and funds scholarship access to that same coaching through Coaching Some Inc.
